Once a transaction is complete, it’s considered final, and we’re unable to process refunds or exchanges. While we take every precaution to ensure the safe delivery of your order, we cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur during transit.

However, in rare cases where replacement seeds are necessary, we’re happy to make an exception. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we’ll do our best to address any concerns you may have.

Regarding USPS:

For lost or stolen packages, please refer to the USPS claims process outlined at https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm. To facilitate reshipment, packages declared lost in transit or marked as “Delivered” require a Postal Service claim number. If you require a secondary shipment, please ensure it includes signature verification or updated address details. Your cooperation helps us ensure a smooth delivery process
