When can I expect my order to be shipped?
Typically, orders are processed and shipped via USPS within 5-10 days of payment confirmation. You’ll receive a tracking notification once your package is on its way. Delivery usually takes about 5-10 days from the time we assign the tracking number. Please keep in mind that delivery times may vary depending on the postal carrier.
What kind of payment methods are accepted?
We currently accept Cash, Zelle, Money Orders, and Credit cards with Waave.

Where and how should I mail payment?
Money orders need to be mailed out within 5 days of the purchase date. For discreet package payment, ensure your email and order number are inside the envelope, with nothing visible from the outside!

How long will my order be held before it is canceled and relisted?
To prevent unintended cancellations, all orders must be paid for within a ten-day window from the date of purchase. Please provide tracking information for your payment via email to OfficialHighDefinitionGenetics@gmail.com.
Refunds or Exchanges?
Once a transaction is complete, it’s considered final, and we’re unable to process refunds or exchanges. While we take every precaution to ensure the safe delivery of your order, we cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur during transit.
However, in rare cases where replacement seeds are necessary, we’re happy to make an exception. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we’ll do our best to address any concerns you may have.
Regarding USPS:
For lost or stolen packages, please refer to the USPS claims process outlined at https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm. To facilitate reshipment, packages declared lost in transit or marked as “Delivered” require a Postal Service claim number. If you require a secondary shipment, please ensure it includes signature verification or updated address details. Your cooperation helps us ensure a smooth delivery process.

We currently produce feminized and regular-sex photoperiod seeds.
